Mission. To enrich our members' lives by providing a variety of creative and exciting programs and opportunities that promote the development of the individual. These programs and opportunities shall be innovative, educational and in response to our members' and needs of the community.
Vision. To become THE premier leadership development organization in Hawaii. We aim to be a model of excellence for the Jaycees and the community.
Scope. Personal and professional development through civic involvement for men and women ages 21-40.
Membership. RPJ has over 100 members from a variety of backgrounds and professions. The State has 12 chapters throughout the island chain with over 500+ members and thousands of Alumni. Nationally, there are approximately 1,500 chapters with roughly 50,000 members. Internationally, the Jaycees have over 200,000 members.
Projects. Over 50 community service, personal & professional projects and activities are run each year to enhance the local community and our personal growth, professional development, and social life.
Community Impact. Hundreds of children and families reached, thousands of hours organizing and staffing events benefitting the local community, thousands of hours spent volunteering with local organizations supporting communities ranging from senior citizens to local business to disaster relief and everything in between.
Individual Impact. "On-the-Job" Leadership and Project Management Training through participation in committees & projects, doing good in the community, building lasting friendships and business networking and relationships, personal growth through speakers and trainings on various topics.
